Terms of Play

The game

The Mobsters is fictional entertainment. References to crime, rackets, fighting, bounties, weapons and similar themes describe game mechanics only and are not instructions for real-world conduct.

Account eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you must meet any higher age or parental-permission requirement that applies where you live. Do not create an account using another person’s email address without permission.

Your account

Keep your sign-in information private. Accounts, characters, virtual items, Favor, in-game cash and other game records are licensed for play inside The Mobsters and are not real-world currency or property that can be cashed out.

Fair play

You agree not to use bots, automation, exploits, modified requests, credential theft, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized access attempts or other methods intended to interfere with the game or gain an unfair advantage.

Community conduct

Do not post unlawful content, real-world threats, harassment, private personal information, malware, spam or material that infringes another person’s rights. Fictional rivalry is part of the game; real-world abuse is not.

Game changes

Balance, rewards, item statistics, timers, progression requirements, event schedules and features may change as the game evolves. Bugs or duplicated rewards may be corrected when necessary to protect the game economy.

Availability

Online services can occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, hosting failures, security incidents or upgrades. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve player progress, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Enforcement

Accounts may be restricted or removed for serious or repeated rule violations, exploitation, fraud, security abuse or conduct that threatens other players or the service.
